Just thought I would remind all the wrestlers, MMA and BJJ practitioners that Max and Ben Askren will be hosting a seminar at Duke’s Roufusport Academy this evening beginning at 6:30pm. This is a great opportunity to work with two world-class wrestlers for the very low price of $25 with all proceeds going to the Askren brothers. If your takedowns, scrambles, or takedown defense needs some work you won’t find better practitioners to touch up your game. All levels of ability are welcome to attend.Ben Askren is a two-time, Division 1, NCAA Champion and a two-time runner up. He is currently training for the Beijing 2008 Olympic tryouts. His brother, Max Askren, is currently ranked 3rd in his weight class and sported a (28-3) record at the University of Missouri last season.
